CLOI welcome and encourages the talents of volunteers to help us create and implement our programs! We have many different types of leadership and meaningful roles that you can play within our organization. Below are just a few examples:
Join CLOI in developing, implementing, and evaluating our programs and services:
Tap Into Experience Planning Committee – Help us develop and implement an important new organizational readiness training program to help non-profits better utilize the talents of experienced adults to help strengthen their organizations.

Re-Designing Your Future Workshop Leader – Learn how to lead CLOI's popular Re-Designing Your Future workshop and help us expand our ability to make it available throughout the Chicago area.

Train the Trainer Facilitator – Facilitate the growth and development of the Re-Designing Your Future program – coordinate efforts to recruit volunteers, build a strong program and outreach team, and oversee the operations. Training and support will be provided!

Help us help build CLOI's capacity in areas such as technology, social networking and marketing;

Learn about CLOI's activities and help us publically promote them in the community.
Play an active role in our fund development efforts and activities:
